Results do not constitute legal advice, regulatory compliance certification, or audit findings. You are responsible for engaging qualified legal, compliance, and technology professionals before making governance decisions based on assessment outputs.

Use of service

You may use our Services for lawful purposes related to evaluating and improving AI governance within your organization. You agree to provide accurate information when completing assessments or submitting inquiries. You may use assessment results for internal organizational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly represent assessment outputs as compliance certifications or regulatory determinations.

Organizational data

When you complete an assessment, we collect organizational information including your name, role, email, organization name, and your responses to governance questions. This data is stored in our systems to deliver your results, enable follow-up engagement, and improve our assessment methodology. We do not share your organizational assessment data with other organizations or sell it to third parties.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, methodology descriptions, assessment frameworks, and scoring models — is the intellectual property of LumenHealth and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Assessment results delivered to you may be used internally by your organization. Our assessment methodology, scoring algorithms, and domain frameworks remain our proprietary property.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Assessment results reflect the information you provide and our current understanding of AI governance best practices, regulatory guidance, and industry standards. We do not warrant that assessment results will be comprehensive, error-free, or sufficient to achieve regulatory compliance. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumenHealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our Services or reliance on assessment results. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LumenHealth and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or any governance decisions made based on assessment results.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
